3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Account Security

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at bdtk15: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.
- Deposits must be made only from the mobile banking or bank account linked to the registered account.
- Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 in bets before withdrawing.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the period expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated.

Regular players will receive weekly cashback based on their VIP tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

7. Game Rules
Each game on bdtk15 has its own rules, which can be found in detail within the game interface. The following general rules apply to all games:
- Your account must have sufficient balance to play a game.
- In the event of any dispute over a bet result, the server log will be considered the final evidence.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the result will be determined according to the server record.
